It doesn't really matter. That does not give him the right to stalk anybody. Instructions are clear for neighbourhood watch. Call the police. Leave it alone. He had no reason to even get out of his car. He was out of breath and clearly had been chasing Trayvon so much so that the dispatcher picked up on it.
